2. Submission of Notices

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Take further action, including account suspension or termination

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or the appropriate jurisdiction)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.


6. Misrepresentations

Submitting false claims may result in legal liability.


7. Non-U.S. Users

While the DMCA is a U.S. law, we apply similar principles globally to handle copyright complaints.
